Welcome to Pottery India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of ceramic and pottery products from Pottery India.

1. Definitions

"Company" means Pottery India.

"Customer" or "You" means any person who visits the website or purchases products from Pottery India.

"Products" means ceramics, pottery, and related goods offered for sale by Pottery India.

"Order" means a purchase request submitted by you through our website or other sales channels.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and/or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site or place an Order.

3. Eligibility

By using this site or placing an Order you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Products & Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, descriptions, dimensions, colors and other details accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary due to the handmade nature of ceramics or differences in device screens. Minor variations are not considered defects.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Pottery India. When you place an Order, you will receive an order confirmation. A binding contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation or a separate acceptance email.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the site are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes where specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to accepting your Order. Payment must be made using the payment methods we accept. You warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Pottery India is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure, or incorrect address details provided by the Customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer of the Products to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our Products are handcrafted and fragile, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives damaged or materially different to its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Approved returns or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds, if any, will be credited to the original payment method after inspection.

9. Warranty & Care

Pottery India provides no extended warranty beyond what is legally required. Our Products are intended for normal household use; misuse, improper cleaning, or exposure to extreme conditions may void any implied warranty. We may provide care instructions—please follow them to maximize product life.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, product photographs and designs, is the property of Pottery India or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the site’s operation. You must not attempt to harvest data or impersonate others when interacting with our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pottery India and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or purchase of Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pottery India harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the website.

Pottery India will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, acts of government, or transportation disruptions.
